    Air Fryer Roasted Cauliflower (Whole30, Paleo)

    This Roasted Cauliflower makes a delicious and quick Whole30 side dish! The flavor from the ghee, nutritional yeast, and cumin along with crispy, caramelized edges makes this dish a delicious addition to any Whole30 meal.

    Roasted Cauliflower with Cumin Ingredients

    • Cauliflower Florets
    • Ghee  - Here's my favorite!
    • Nutritional Yeast
    • Cumin
    • Salt
    • Pepper

    How to roast cauliflower in the air fryer?

    Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well, ensuring each piece of cauliflower is well coated with ghee and spices.

    Spread cauliflower evenly in air fryer basket.

    Cook for 12-14 minutes at 400F or until roasted to your liking.

    Remove from air fryer and enjoy!

    How to roast cauliflower in the oven?

    Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well, ensuring each piece of cauliflower is well coated with ghee and spices.

    Spread cauliflower evenly over a parchment paper line baking sheet.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 400F or until roasted to your liking.

    Remove from oven and enjoy!

    What to dip roasted cauliflower in?

    Honestly, this cauliflower is perfect and so flavorful all on its own that dipping is in no way necessary.

    BUT one of the reasons I love this recipe is because it reminds me of the cauliflower my husband and I used to get along with a schwarma from a Middle Eastern restaurant right down the street from my old office. SO GOOD!

    This recipe would go great dipped in a Whole30 compatible Tahini Sauce like this one!
