Ingredient Notes
- Chicken Breast - I typically make this recipe with boneless skinless chicken breast, however, boneless, skinless thighs would work as well. You can also do a combination of the two!
- Chicken Bone Broth - Bone broth is my go to for the added benefits, but you can also use chicken broth/stock or even water in a pinch. Using broth definitely adds more flavor to the chicken.
- Spices - Your favorite all purpose or poultry seasonings will be great for this recipe! I love using Trader Joe’s 21 Seasoning Salute or Noble Made Citrus and Herb.
- Salt - if using water instead of broth, increase the salt in this recipe.
How To Make This Recipe
- Add the chicken to the bottom of the instant pot and then sprinkle with the seasonings.

- Shred the chicken using two forks or by using a handheld mixer and enjoy!
