Can you freeze Spaghetti Meat Sauce?

If you’ve followed me for any period of time, you know that leftovers and preparation are my number one tips for making a healthy (and whole30) lifestyle sustainable.

This meat sauce recipe is a great one to double and freeze to ensure you have a healthy meal on hand for busy weeknights or when something unexpected arises!

Simply allow the sauce to completely cool, add to an airtight container or bag and place in the freezer for up to 3 months.
