Spaghetti Meat Sauce Ingredients

- Garlic
- Celery
- Carrots
- Coconut Aminos
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Nutritional Yeast
- Dried Basil
- Dried Oregano
- Avocado or Olive Oil

- Garlic Powder

How to make Al Dente Whole30 Spaghetti Squash
Using a large, sharp knife cut the squash in half lengthwise.
Scrape out the seeds and drizzle with avocado or olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
Place squash cut side down on a lined baking sheet and use a fork to pierce the skin several
times.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 425F just until skin is browned and squash is tender.
Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before using a fork to scrape out spaghetti squash into a bowl.
How to make Whole30 Spaghetti Meat Sauce
While spaghetti squash is baking, add onion, garlic, celery, and carrots to a large pan with oil over medium heat.
Saute until fragrant and onion is soft and translucent.
Add the sausage and continue to saute until sausage is lightly browned.
Add ground beef, coconut aminos, and dried spiced and cook until beef is browned and cooked thoroughly.
Add spaghetti sauce, balsamic vinegar, and nutritional yeast and combine everything well. Allow to heat until sauce is warmed.
Serve over spaghetti squash, enjoy!

- 4 lb Spaghetti Squash
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1-2 Tbsp Avocado or Olive Oil

- 1 cup Carrots diced
- 3 Whole30 Compliant Sausages cut into ½ in” pieces

- 1 25 oz jar Whole30 Compliant Spaghetti Sauce
